MR Interactive (“MR Interactive,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our website or use our apps, games, products, or services, including MR Maze.
1. Information We Collect
The information we collect depends on how you interact with our website, apps, games, and services.
Website and Contact Information
When you visit our website, we and our service providers may collect technical and usage information such as browser type, device type, approximate location, pages visited, referring pages, and general interaction information.
If you contact us through a form or email, we may collect your name, email address, company name, and the contents of your message so that we can respond to your inquiry.
Device and Identifier Information
Our apps and games and their third-party software development kits (“SDKs”) may collect:
- Device identifiers, including Apple’s Identifier for Vendors (“IDFV”).

- App, device, and technical information such as device model, operating system and version, app version, language, connection type, and SDK version.
- ATT authorization status and advertising-preference information.
- Approximate location, such as country or region, inferred from an Internet Protocol (“IP”) address. We do not use this information to determine your precise location.

We may collect information about how you interact with our apps and games, including:
- App launches, session count, session duration, and general interaction data.
- Level starts, completions, failures, progression, scores, and gameplay events.

Diagnostics
We and our service providers may collect crash reports, error events, performance information, app startup time, frame-rate or similar health information, and other technical diagnostics when those features are enabled.
In-App Purchase Information
Purchases are processed by the applicable app platform, such as Apple. We do not directly collect or store your full payment card information
We and our service providers may receive or process purchase-related information such as product identifier, item type, transaction status, currency, purchase amount, whether a user has made a purchase, and an App Store receipt or receipt-related information. We use this information to validate transactions, unlock or restore purchased content, prevent fraud, provide support, analyze product performance, and measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
2. How We Use Information
We may use information to:

- Display rewarded and other third-party advertising.
- Personalize advertising when you have provided any consent required by law and platform rules.
- Measure ad impressions, ad revenue, user acquisition, campaign performance, and advertising attribution.
- Understand the effectiveness of existing features and plan new features.
- Respond to messages, privacy requests, support requests, and business inquiries.
- Comply with legal, regulatory, security, and platform requirements.
3. Advertising, Analytics, and Tracking
MR Maze uses advertising and analytics services, including:
- Unity LevelPlay/ironSource, which provides advertising mediation and related advertising services.
- Unity Ads, which supplies and measures advertisements displayed in the game.
- GameAnalytics, which provides gameplay, purchase, advertising, attribution, performance, and diagnostic analytics.
These services may receive device identifiers, technical information, gameplay and interaction events, advertising events, purchase-related events, approximate location, and attribution information as described above.
On Apple devices, “tracking” generally means linking information collected from an app with third-party information for targeted advertising or advertising measurement, or sharing such information with a data broker. Where required, we request permission using Apple’s ATT prompt before accessing the IDFA or permitting tracking. If you decline ATT permission, the app may continue to display contextual or non-personalized ads, but the IDFA should not be used for tracking.

4. When We Share Information
We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate our website and apps, deliver and measure advertising, provide analytics and diagnostics, process and validate purchases, host systems, prevent fraud, or provide customer support. These providers include Unity LevelPlay/ironSource, Unity Ads, GameAnalytics, Apple, Google, and their authorized infrastructure and service providers.
We require service providers that process information for us to handle it consistently with their contractual obligations, applicable law, and protections that are at least equivalent to those described in this Privacy Policy.
We may also disclose information:
- At your direction or with your consent.
- To comply with law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable government requests.
- To protect the rights, safety, security, and integrity of MR Interactive, our users, our products, or others.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal protections.
5. Sale and Sharing of Personal Information
We do not sell personal information for money. However, some privacy laws define “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” broadly. Our use of advertising and attribution partners may be considered sharing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or advertising measurement under those laws.
You can limit this activity by declining the Apple ATT request, or Google request, or changing the app’s tracking permission in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking on your Apple or Android (settings location may vary depending on Android) device. Where available, you may also use consent or privacy controls presented in the app. You may contact us at mrinteractive@pm.me with the subject line “Privacy Request” to request that we apply applicable opt-out rights.
We do not discriminate against users for exercising applicable privacy rights.
6. Your Choices and Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Request access to or a copy of personal information associated with you.
- Request correction or deletion of personal information.
- Request restriction of or object to certain processing.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
- Opt out of certain targeted advertising, sale, or sharing of personal information.
- Appeal our response to a privacy request where applicable.
You may exercise these rights by emailing mrinteractive@pm.me with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We may need to verify your request before completing it. Certain information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, transaction, or platform-compliance purposes.
You may withdraw Apple or Google tracking permission at any time in your device settings. Withdrawing permission does not affect processing that occurred before the permission was withdrawn.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy:
- Purchase and transaction information may be retained as necessary to provide purchased content, process restorations, prevent fraud, maintain business records, and meet tax, accounting, legal, and platform requirements.
- Support messages and privacy requests may be retained while the request is active and afterward as reasonably necessary to document the response, resolve disputes, and comply with law.
- Analytics, advertising, and diagnostic information is retained according to our configuration and the applicable provider’s retention schedule, after which it is deleted or anonymized. GameAnalytics states that certain technical logs and analytics information are generally retained on a rolling basis for up to 12 months before deletion or permanent anonymization.
When information is no longer needed, we or our providers delete, de-identify, or aggregate it, subject to technical limitations and legal retention requirements. You may request deletion using the contact information below.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International Data Transfers
MR Interactive and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries that may have different data-protection laws from the country where you live. Where required, we and our providers use recognized safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections.
10. Children’s Privacy
MR Interactive develops family-friendly products. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law, and we do not knowingly use children’s personal information for behavioral advertising.
If an app is directed to children or we know that a user is below the applicable age of digital consent, we will seek any legally required parental authorization and apply available child-directed and data-use restrictions. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child without legally sufficient authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete or restrict that information.
Parents or guardians may contact us at mrinteractive@pm.me with questions or deletion requests.
11. Third-Party Links and Platforms
Our website, apps, and services may link to third-party websites or platforms. Third-party services, app stores, payment systems, and linked websites may process information under their own privacy policies and terms. We encourage you to review those policies.
